This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Etude House in any way. We work with several authorized Etude House distributors overseas to provide Etude House products to customers in the USA.

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, please contact us via the above email and we can let you know when we are getting our next shipment for that item. You may also inquire about special orders, bulk orders or products that are not currently listed on our site.

Return & Exchange Policy:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with store credit, less shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges are not permitted for items that have been opened or tampered with.

All returns must be sent via a delivery service that can provide tracking.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless Etudehouseusa.com has sent the incorrect color or incorrect item.

Shipping Policy:

All shipping is provided via USPS unless specified. We may require a signature for all orders over $100.
Orders will be automatically canceled if no valid street address is provided.

For orders over $100, we may decide to ship your order to the billing address for your safety.

Our website is primarily set up to ship within the United States.

International buyers who are interested in making a purchase with us, and would like to know the shipping costs to ship to your country, please contact us at the email address above with what you are planning on ordering to receive a quote for shipping. We will invoice you through email, but you will be able to track your order through the website. You may also place an order through our website first, but be prepared to make a second payment for any extra shipping costs before your order is shipped out to you. Please note that there is a chance your order will be opened and/or held by customs, which will delay delivery. We have no control over this process.

Use / Sales tax of 6.5% is charged for orders shipped to Washington State.

We process your order within 1-2 business days. If your order contains any out of stock items (back ordered items) there will be a delay with your shipment. Please note that occasionally it may take longer for USPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves our store, but we will provide you with tracking information if we have it.

In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive store credit for the returned goods.
